How PayslipIQ works

One flow, country-bounded rules, plain-English output.

PayslipIQ runs separate experiences for each country it covers because tax, payroll, and employment rules differ. The flow that wraps each country experience is the same. The rules inside it are not.

The flow

  1. 1. You pick a country

Country selector on the home page. Each country page is bounded to that country.

  2. 2. We ask for figures or a redacted upload

Upload only happens inside a live country experience, with country-specific privacy.

  3. 3. PayslipIQ explains the numbers

Each line is mapped to plain English using that country’s rules and authority.

  4. 4. We flag what is worth a question

A flag is never a verdict. PayslipIQ does not declare errors or refunds owed.

Country boundaries — by design.

We never apply HMRC rules on a US page, IRS rules on a UK page, or mix Canadian provincial tax into an Irish PAYE explanation. Every country experience cites its own authorities and uses its own native terminology.

Choose your country

Pick the country your payslip comes from.

Tax, payroll, and employment rules vary. PayslipIQ runs separate country experiences so each one stays bounded to that country's authorities and rules.

PayslipIQ does not mix tax rules between countries. Each country page is bounded to its own authority — IRS, HMRC, Revenue.ie, CRA, ATO — and uses that country's native terminology. We will not show a UK calculator on a US page or vice versa.
